Affiliate disclosure
Last updated October 9, 2026
Some links on Eventle are affiliate links. If you click one and buy tickets, Eventle may earn a commission from the seller. You don't pay anything extra.
What this means
When an event page says “Get tickets on Ticketmaster” (or SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats and similar sellers), the button goes through a short Eventle link first and then on to the seller. If we have an affiliate agreement with that seller, the seller can tell the sale came from Eventle and may pay us a small share of it. The price you pay is the same either way.
Links like these may also appear on movie showtimes, venue pages, the “via” source link on an event and in our weekly email. Not every outbound link earns anything; most don't.
What it doesn't change
- Which events we list. Listings come from venue calendars, public feeds and ticketing sites. We don't add or drop an event because of a commission.
- How we describe them. Event summaries are written to help you decide, not to sell tickets.
- Which seller we link to. We link to the seller the event's own listing points to, or the venue's own box office. Movie showtimes always go to the theater's own site.
Paid placements are labelled separately
Organizers can pay to promote an event. Those listings are marked Sponsored, everywhere they appear: in Explore results, Home rails, the Home sponsored card and the Thursday email. That is a separate arrangement from affiliate links.
- A sponsored listing only appears where it matches what you're looking at (your dates and filters, or the rail's).
- At most one sponsored listing in any rail, and at most one in the first 8 Explore results.
- Paying never changes the order of the other listings, our “Big this weekend” picks or Plan My Weekend.
- Sponsored events pass the same checks as every other listing. Past, cancelled or unlisted events can't be promoted.
Cookies after you click
When you reach a seller through an affiliate link, the seller or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to credit the sale. Their privacy policies cover that. See our privacy policy for what Eventle itself collects.
