What to expect
The Hamsa Wellness Community's annual event pairs movement with learning about hereditary cancer risks and risk-reduction strategies. Participants choose from classes including Zumba/High Low, Strength Over Cancer, Restorative and Roll, Yoga for Cancer and T'ai Chi, and complimentary chair massages run throughout the morning.
