What to expect
The party runs all day around the plaza and Euclid Avenue, which closes from Maryland to McPherson. Kids start with a costume parade from McPherson to the main stage, then go trick-or-treating at area businesses. In the evening, the focus shifts to grown-ups, with an adult costume contest for ages 18 and up at the main stage.
