What to expect
Dinner is family-style and all-you-care-to-eat. The menu includes pan fried chicken, pineapple glazed ham, roast beef, mashed potatoes, milk gravy, macaroni and cheese, and buttermilk biscuits, along with green beans, corn, cinnamon apples, marinated vegetable salad and cole slaw. Dinner takes place in the Lemp Mansion, an 1868 Victorian home once home to the Lemp beer barons. Ornate woodwork and historic architecture set the scene, and stories of the Lemp family are part of the visit.
