What to expect
Each session mixes open play, guided instruction, group lessons and social time. Instruction is led by WGM Thalia Cervantes, a top-level female chess master. The class meets weekly and is built for beginners through advanced players. Players learn, play and talk about the game in a supportive setting alongside other women.
