What to expect
The afternoon runs from 1 to 5 PM with a lineup of local bands, each playing a short set between 15 and 45 minutes. The mix leans toward classic rock and folk, and the lineup includes Alton High School's Jazz Big Band, City Heat and Blanket. A tribute segment at 4:15 PM features Bud Summers' recorded music, and the day closes with a set from Porch Cafe Band. Craft vendors and food trucks are on site, so bring your own chairs or blankets.
