What to expect
Each release night in the StilL 630 Tasting room features one of 12 single barrels of Missouri bourbon, aged five years and bottled in bond. Each barrel marks a different moment in American history, and the bottles come with a commemorative challenge coin. Tastes are offered along with cocktails that take a historical twist from the period each barrel honors. The events are held on the First Friday of each month, and they are open to all adults.
