What to expect
Families board a real train for a trip to the North Pole, where the Polar Express characters, Santa Claus and his elves meet riders. Each ride runs about 45 minutes from departure to return. Pajamas are encouraged, and guests can add a Pancakes with Santa meal or a hotel package.

- Train doors close 10 minutes before departure
- Late guests cannot board

- Event parking $5 per car, card only
- Children 2 and under ride on a lap without a ticket
- Strollers stay in a designated area
