What to expect

The Gateway Festival Orchestra pairs master flutist Jim Mayhew on the Native American flute with a classical string quartet. The program blends Indigenous traditions and classical music, with traditional melodies and a world premiere by Joe Tyldesley. It runs about an hour in the afternoon, and families with kids are welcome.
