What to expect
The Gateway Arch Park Foundation closes Winterfest's opening day with this festival, which centers on lighting The Salvation Army tree of lights. It marks the start of the holiday season in St. Louis, so expect a crowd gathered on the plaza for the moment the tree comes on.
