What to expect
The party runs from 4 to 8 PM on New Year's Eve in Kiener Plaza. Character visits happen from 4 to 6 PM, and a DJ from Sophie's Artist Lounge plays from 4 to 8 PM. From 6 to 8 PM, The Dirty Muggz perform a concert with fire dancers. Plan around the blocks: characters early, the concert from 6 PM, then fireworks at 8 PM with views of the Arch. Party decorations, 3-D glasses and glow products are handed out while supplies last.
