What to expect
The talk looks at what the source calls Maximum Pressure 2.0, a policy meant to reshape Cuba's political system and economy and to secure access to its oil and minerals. It places this policy in the history of US-Cuba relations and asks whether Cuba is next in a new Monroe Doctrine for the Western Hemisphere. Light refreshments are provided.
