What to expect
Goodwin draws on her study of George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman and Lyndon Johnson to show how leadership, civic courage and shared purpose have carried the country through division and change. She links those lessons to today and brings a personal connection to the founding through an ancestor who fought in the Revolutionary War.
