What to expect
The screening is of Sisterhood, a drama about three friends, Amina, Djeneba and Zineb, whose different backgrounds have not stopped a close bond. When Zineb faces harassment from her brother's best friend, Amina posts a compromising video of him online, hoping he will stop. That choice puts her safety and their friendship at risk. The film is one of several in the 2026 Francophone Film Festival, which explores global health through stories of migration, displacement, motherhood and mental health.
