What to expect
Green City Coalition, Throwing and Growing Foundation and the Sundy Whiteside Memorial Garden mark a year of work at this community site. Volunteers plant native flowers in a garden honoring Sundy Whiteside, Throwing and Growing hosts a shot put and discus competition, and there are speeches, a new stormwater capture project to see, two new signs unveiled, and games, food and music to close.
