What to expect
The exhibit shows some of the objects John Max Wulfing acquired while traveling across the United States, Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Each piece is presented as a lens into the past times and cultures it came from, not just as an object. Guest curator Jeremy Haag curated the show. Wulfing's wider collection also includes ancient coins, Native American artifacts, Japanese tsuba (sword guards) and books.
