What to expect

The exhibition presents Buenos Aires as a creative laboratory where artists developed new visual styles. It covers visual artists, architects, graphic designers, dancers and poets, and shows how exile and cultural exchange changed the city. Much of the work comes from the couple's personal archives, including pieces by Grete Stern, who trained at the Bauhaus before fleeing Germany.
