What to expect
Historic interpreter Anne Williams recites, from memory, works by Edgar Allan Poe, including The Tell-Tale Heart, The Black Cat and The Raven, plus scenes from Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. The library's Gothic-style architecture and dimmed lights set the mood. This is her second visit after last year's performance.
