What to expect
No Time to Lose is a new show of ocean paintings from artist and author Rommie Martinez, a longtime illustrator who returned to painting in 2020 out of her love of ecology. On Sundays in October she is at the gallery to discuss her works, and visitors browse amid whale songs and immersive lighting. Her character Eco Girl, a teenager rescuing endangered marine species, is set to become a book.
