What to expect
Peter Hujar's Day (2025) recreates a real 1974 audio recording between writer Linda Rosenkrantz (Rebecca Hall) and portrait photographer Peter Hujar (Ben Whishaw), as Hujar recounts a single 24-hour period of his life in New York's downtown art scene. Eric Lutz, associate curator of prints, drawings, and photographs, introduces the film.
