What to expect
A Halloween edition of the Happiest Hours series, held at the adoption center. Drinks and snacks are served, with a pop-up shop from Refashioned Planet and tarot readings from Blue Empress Tarot through the evening. Guests can spend time with adoptable dogs and take part in raffles and festive activities. Costumes are welcome, but the event asks guests to skip masks, inflatable costumes, mascot-style outfits and anything overly elaborate or scary so the dogs stay comfortable.
