What to expect
The Cascades, a massive waterfall, was the Fair's centerpiece, but the city's notoriously murky water nearly derailed the project. The talk follows the race to make it sparkle and introduces John Wixford, whose solution fixed the water problem but whose name has largely been lost to history.
