What to expect
The menu includes hummus with pita, spinach fatayer, kibbeh balls, beef and lamb kofta kabobs, hashweh rice and layali lubnan, a semolina pudding topped with cream and crushed pistachios. The dinner is hosted by the Fork in the Road Foundation, and guests can dine in or carry out.
