What to expect
An evening of classical chamber music built around Ernest Chausson's Concerto for Violin, Piano, and String Quartet, Op. 21, written in 1891. The piece mixes bombastic drama with quiet lyricism, and the program is described as a journey through late-Romantic intensity. The Arianna String Quartet is joined by Janet Sung and Brian Woods.
