What to expect
Homelessly in Love is the first feature documentary from Lalita Clozel and Ariane Mohseni-Sadjadi, who followed three women for nearly five years. It looks at poverty, domestic violence, motherhood and rebuilding a life through love and relationships. The film won the Audience Award at Escales Documentaires and Best Documentary Feature at the Dallas Movie Fest. An open Q&A with both directors follows. It is part of the 2026 Francophone Film Festival, themed around global health.
