What to expect
The exhibit has three galleries. Hall of Legends features elite competitors, and Gateway to Great Sports covers St. Louis sports history and the city's rise as a global chess hub. Fan Zone is the interactive stop, with sports-inspired chess experiences for all ages. Displays include unusual chess sets and hybrid sports such as chess diving and chess wrestling.
